Warranty
All generators have a limited warranty for six months for commercial installations, and for twelve months for domestic use from the date of purchase. This limited warranty excludes consumable items such as the electrical elements and failures resulting from misuse or abuse, such as not descaling the Infinity One system periodically depending on operating hours. The warranty is non-transferable. Buyer must provide invoice copies from licensed electrician and plumber that installed the system to validate the warranty.
Infinity Systems of Georgia, Inc. will either repair or replace the defective unit at its discretion, within the warranty period. Customer will ship the defective product to our facility only after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA, and we will ship the product back (or replacement) as quickly as possible.
If the generator is used commercially for more than twenty hours a week in a hard water area, without a water softener your warranty will be void. Residential users will probably only operate the generator for three or four hours a week.
We strongly recommend using an high-volume in-line water filter to avoid contaminants entering the system which may damage the valve system.
