Infinity Systems of Georgia, Inc. is not responsible for typographical or descriptive errors on advertised products. Prices are valid for a limited time and availability is subject to change without notice. Quantities are limited on certain promotions are valid while supplies last. Items offered free as an inducement to purchase equipment shall be delivered upon our receipt. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Upon receipt of your products, delivered by your reseller,dealer, please check them carefully. We must know within 48 hours if your products are damaged or defective.

Incorrect products received In the unlikely event that receive the incorrect merchandise please e-mail your reseller/dealer immediately. We will give an RMA number to be sent to you. It MUST be written on the return label when sent to us in Georgia. Do NOT ship it back to us without receiving an RMA number since it will automatically be refused and returned to you.

Shipping damage If the package appears damaged when you receive it from your reseller/dealer, please call them before you refuse it or have UPS/FedEx return it to sender. It will be promptly replaced or we will replace any defective components. If you suspect damage, please write a note to that effect on the shipper’s delivery slip and inspect the contents immediately. Please e-mail your reseller/dealer to advise them of the problem. They will forward your concern to us.

Defective product Please let your reseller/dealer know within 30 days from receipt of the product. Do NOT ship it back to us without receiving an RMA number since it will automatically be refused and returned to you. We will test and confirm the defect. We will ship you another like product on behalf of the reseller/dealer at our expense.
